As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and support clients through onboarding and ongoing operations.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience of 36 years in Customer Success / Account Management / Client Services roles
- Strong exposure to client-facing environments, preferably in an agency or marketing services setup
- Experience in Email Marketing is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in the US shift
- MBA or any graduation with relevant client-facing experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing team

Key Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Own client onboarding and transition into BAU operations
- Identify client pain points and drive resolutions with internal teams
- Manage multiple client projects while ensuring high-quality delivery
- Collect customer feedback and improve service delivery continuously
- Communicate service value clearly to support renewals and retention
- Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams for smooth execution
- Ensure every customer feels supported and set up for success
