Job Overview:

We are looking for a Marathi-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries in Marathi and English (calls, chat, email)
  • Assist with product/service questions, complaints, and technical issues
  • Provide accurate information and timely solutions
  • Document interactions and update systems
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Meet performance goals while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Proficiency in Marathi & English (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
  • Must be in, or willing to relocate to, Penang, Malaysia
