Hello,

We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Area Lead to drive success at scale across India

If you have expertise in SaaS customer success, portfolio orchestration, and risk mitigation, we want to hear from you.

Requirements: 7–10+ years of experience with 4-5 Years relevant experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or SaaS Operations

Mandatory skills: Salesforce product suite expertise, data-driven account prioritization, high-risk account and escalation management

Strong ability to influence without authority and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Technical Support, and Solution Engineering teams
