About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer has a smooth post-purchase experience. You will work closely with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams.

This role suits someone who is calm, organized, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, chat, social media, and phone
  • Support customers with orders, delivery updates, returns, and refunds
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely resolution
  • Track and manage RTO, NDR, and courier escalations
  • Verify COD orders when required
  • Follow up on open tickets until closure
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and trackers
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams
  • Ensure polite, clear, and solution-oriented communication

Order and Operations Support

  • Process and monitor orders from Shopify and marketplaces
  • Ensure no order is missed or delayed
  • Handle issues like wrong items, damaged parcels, or missing products
  • Raise and track courier tickets
  • Support refund and exchange workflows

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support or e-commerce operations
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
  • Good spoken and written English and Hindi
  • Comfortable with calls, chat, and email support
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with any CRM, Shopify or WhatsApp Business is a plus
  • Experience in D2C, FMCG, or consumer brands is preferred
