Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist / Executive who will act as a key point of contact for customers. The role focuses on product adoption, customer engagement, retention, and issue resolution for our SaaS and CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with CRM tools, SaaS products, customer onboarding, and support coordination, and will ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer success lifecycle including onboarding, training, adoption, and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and user training for SaaS/CRM platforms
  • Coordinate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams for issue resolution
  • Monitor customer usage, engagement, and adoption metrics
  • Proactively identify risks to adoption or retention and drive corrective actions
  • Capture customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS Support or CRM Support
  • Strong understanding of SaaS-based products, CRM platforms, Sales Force Automation (SFA), etc.
  • Experience working with SaaS-based and B2B products
  • Ability to explain product features to both technical and non-technical users
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, SLAs, and escalation handling
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar tools
  • Hindi-speaking candidates are an added advantage
