Customer Success Specialist - 02 Positions

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Employment: Full - Time | Permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage software renewals & customer retention across GCC accounts

• Proactively follow up on upcoming renewals for Autodesk, Adobe, Chaos, Trimble SketchUp, Bluebeam & Oracle

• Manage renewal opportunities from customer engagement → quotation → follow-up → closure

• Monitor account health, license usage & customer adoption

• Identify renewal risks, delays and customer concerns at an early stage

• Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Support & Operations teams

• Support customers with product adoption, workshops and relevant support channels

• Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal trackers, customer interactions & next actions

• Ensure timely and accurate information for renewal order processing

KEY SKILLS

• Experience in Customer Success / Customer Relationship Management / Renewals / Inside Sales / Account Management

• Strong customer communication, relationship management & follow-up skills

• Good spoken and written English

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and renewal timelines

• Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel & MS Office

• Strong negotiation, coordination & commercial awareness

• Experience with Software / SaaS / Subscription / Licensing Renewals preferred

• B2B customer experience in AEC / Engineering / Construction / Architecture / Manufacturing preferred

• Experience with UAE/GCC customers is an added advantage

• Arabic / GCC-relevant language is an advantage

JOB DETAILS

Work Location: DLF IT Park, Ramapuram, Chennai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days preferred
