Overview

We are seeking experienced Customer Success Representatives and Account Managers based in India to strengthen our global customer-facing organization. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing key accounts, and driving customer retention. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service while partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and internal support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and account growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success managing business-to-business (B2B) customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
  • Comfortable working with U.S.-based customers and collaborating across global time zones.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, transportation, or 3PL customers.
  • Experience working with international or U.S.-based clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with customer success metrics, renewals, and account growth strategies
