Overview
We are seeking experienced Customer Success Representatives and Account Managers based in India to strengthen our global customer-facing organization. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing key accounts, and driving customer retention. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service while partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
- Manage the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and internal support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor customer health and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and account growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated success managing business-to-business (B2B) customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Comfortable working with U.S.-based customers and collaborating across global time zones.
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, transportation, or 3PL customers.
- Experience working with international or U.S.-based clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with customer success metrics, renewals, and account growth strategies
