You will ensure seamless onboarding, strong adoption, and long-term success for enterprise customers (OEMs and dealer groups). You'll also build strategic partnerships to expand AutoSmart's market reach. This role works directly with the founders, driving our most critical customer initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation for OEMs and large dealer networks.
- Understand customer requirements and configure the product to fit their processes.
- Act as a consultant to improve audit and compliance workflows.
- Drive product adoption, usage, and measurable ROI.
- Manage executive relationships with key automotive customers.
- Identify expansion opportunities and secure renewals.
- Support sales cycles with operational expertise and solutioning.
- Build and manage regional partnerships to fuel growth.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering using field insights.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of automotive experience.
- (Field / Area / Territory roles strongly preferred).
- Understanding of after-sales operations, KPIs, and dealership audits.
- Audit knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Smart, resourceful, and able to influence decision-makers.
- Tech-savvy with a strong ability to map product capabilities to needs.
- High sense of ownership bias for action and responsibility.
