Turing is witnessing an exponential growth from both our customer base and developer community. As we scale, building and engaging a strong community is vital to our success and competitive advantage. As a Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for handling the Turing-Client relationship from the moment a client decides to hire a Turing developer. This starts from organizing the first workday for the developer (we call this onboarding), to driving periodic calls during the initial working relationship between the client and developer (the trial period) with both customer and the developer, and actively increasing customer and developer satisfaction. You are expected to do regular health check ins and keep track of Customer feedback throughout the engagement. You are responsible for up-sell and cross sell. This role is vital to the success of our developers hired by our customers. As a CS Partner, you will develop and grow an end to end relationship with our developers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, run and measure the success of our onboarding sessions for new developers and customers (per our Onboarding Framework).
- Conduct regular calls and email communication with customers and developers.
- Customer relationship management - building the bridge between developer and customer.
- Be process-driven and organized, your interpersonal skills will be your strength and will allow you to be successful in this position.
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and upsell opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to expand customer accounts.
- Make suggested improvements to our internal and external processes, systems, and workflows.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer pain points and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle phone, email, chat, SMS, accurately, and in a professional and timely manner. Respond as directed in the process.
Key Requirements
- Relationship-oriented, self-directed, and a team player
- At least 3 years of experience in handling customer relations with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- You have experience interfacing directly with clients and developers, and are proactive to take the calls anytime.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Able to effectively communicate issues and blockers to other members of the team and company to limit issues down the line.
- Able to work flexible hours to meet client and developer available schedules.
- Strong multitasking abilities with great communication skills. Each client and developer are different and we need to adapt to their communication style
- Technical proficiency in organizing documents to keep track of all the engagements and communications with the Customer.
