Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering customer retention, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing problem-solving solutions, executing customer success strategies, and collaborating with other teams to enhance overall client satisfaction.

We at Vrinsoft are looking for a Customer Success Manager. Ideal candidate will play a major role in Operational and Technical support to assigned portfolio of clients and support them at every single stage and focus on building long-lasting professional relationships
