Client Success Manager/Customer Success Manager

Experience: 36 years

Role Summary: The Client Success Manager owns client relationships post-sale and is responsible for client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and growth. This role ensures clients achieve measurable business outcomes using our media and advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Own client onboarding, engagement, and retention

Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients

Conduct regular business reviews (MBRs/QBRs)

Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

Coordinate with Media Planning, Ops, Sales, and Tech teams

Handle escalations and ensure SLA adherence

Required Skills:

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Experience in ad-tech, digital media, or SaaS preferred

Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

CRM experience is a plus

Success Metrics:

High client satisfaction and retention

Revenue growth from existing clients

Strong internal collaboration
