About AI CERTs: AI CERTs is a leading provider of AI and blockchain certifications, committed to equipping professionals with the latest industry-recognized credentials. Our Authorized Training Providers (ATPs) play a crucial role in delivering our certifications globally. We are expanding our CSM team to strengthen our ATP network in the US and Europe.
Job Overview: The Customer Success Manager (CSM) for ATPs will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with AI CERTs ATPs across the US and Europe. The ideal candidate will ensure ATPs are successfully onboarded, supported, and enabled to drive certification enrollments and business growth. The CSM will act as the primary point of contact for ATPs, ensuring a seamless partnership experience while driving engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
● ATP Onboarding & Enablement: Guide new ATPs through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand AI CERTs certification programs, policies, and best practices.
● Account Management: Develop strong relationships with ATP stakeholders, providing ongoing support, training, and business insights.
● Performance Monitoring: Track ATP performance metrics (enrollments, completions, revenue) and develop strategies for improvement.
● Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities for ATPs to expand their offerings and drive higher enrollments in AI CERTs programs.
● Revenue Responsibility: Work with ATPs to achieve revenue targets by optimizing pricing strategies, promotions, and new certification launches.
● Marketing & Sales Support: Collaborate with ATPs to create marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and lead generation strategies.
● Contract & Compliance Management: Ensure ATPs adhere to partnership agreements, compliance standards, and certification guidelines.
● Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between ATPs and internal teams (sales, product, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless execution.
● Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and satisfaction surveys to enhance the ATP experience.
● Event & Webinar Engagement: Organize and participate in ATP webinars, networking events, and industry conferences to promote AI CERTs.
Required Qualifications:
● Experience: 5+ years in customer success, partner management, or account management, preferably in the edtech, certification, or training industry.
● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, blockchain, and emerging technologies in the professional certification space.
● Sales & Business Development Acumen: Proven ability to drive revenue and build strong partnerships.
● Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting to executives and stakeholders.
● Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze ATP performance data and derive actionable insights.
● Project Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines effectively.
● CRM & Tech Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, MS Teams).
● Regional Expertise: Understanding of training and certification markets in the US and Europe.
● Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish) are a plus.

● Experience working with a certification or training provider.
● Familiarity with AI and blockchain certifications.
● Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
