Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and client-focused Customer Success Manager to partner with our email and lifecycle marketing clients. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on platform strategy, campaign execution, and retention programs. The ideal candidate brings a mix of MarTech expertise, lifecycle marketing knowledge, and agency experience, and thrives on building strong, consultative relationships that drive client success and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication and ensuring smooth project delivery across campaigns and initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins, quarterly reviews, and performance discussions.
- Understand client business models, marketing goals, and technical environments to identify pain points and propose effective lifecycle marketing solutions.
- Work with internal teams (strategy, creative, tech, and data) to execute client deliverables on schedule, ensuring quality and alignment with client objectives.
- Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships by offering strategic guidance on email, SMS, and omni-channel marketing using leading platforms like Braze, SFMC, Iterable, Klaviyo, and HubSpot.
- Translate complex platform capabilities into clear use cases and actionable strategies for clients.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate results.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify expansion opportunities through cross-sell or upsell
- Maintain high client satisfaction scores and proactively manage risks or churn triggers.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management in a marketing or digital agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with one or more marketing automation platforms (Braze, SFMC, Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, CRM, and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and complex projects concurrently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and KPIs
- Comfortable working with both brand and / OR Agency-side stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
