Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery and adoption of corporate training programs, driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

A CSM plays a critical role in building strong client relationships, ensuring successful program outcomes, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for enterprise training programs
  • Manage and deliver multiple corporate training projects as a Project Manager / CSM
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction
  • Drive successful onboarding, execution, and completion of learning programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, faculty, operations, and sales) to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor program success metrics (completion, feedback, impact) and proactively address gaps
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across client organizations
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, especially in sales training and capability building programs
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Ensure high customer retention and repeat business

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success / Project Management / Account Management
  • Proven experience managing corporate training / L&D programs
  • Mandatory exposure to sales training programs
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with enterprise clients is preferred

Preferred Background

  • Experience in EdTech / L&D / Consulting / Training organizations
  • Familiarity with enterprise learning solutions in Tech & Data domains
  • Prior experience in managing large-scale corporate accounts
