Position - Customer Success Manager
Job Description
- 2-4 years of experience in managing digital campaigns
- Coordination with clients / agencies and internal teams like sales, adops, sales strategy credit control, and finance.
- To ensure completion of campaigns as per the stipulated duration, goals, targeting and other bespoke objectives of the campaigns
- To ensure revenue realisation, and invoicing is completed on monthly basis
- To ensure post evaluation of all campaigns.
- To share all required reports on time with clients / agencies and internal teams
- To keep all sales team members informed about the successful campaigns.
- Build case studies of all campaigns.
- Campaign analysis, insights, and provide intelligence to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Good written and vocal communication
- Experienced with all campaign management tools like GA, Adsense, Admanager etc
- Understanding of tools like Comscore, Similarweb, Playboard etc
- Excellent with MS office, in particular with PPT and Excel.
