We are Collekto, a product-led fintech SaaS company working with NBFCs, banks, and fintechs in the
Retail & MSME debt collections space.
After three years of building the product and onboarding our initial clients, we are now focused on
strengthening execution and delivery. As part of this next phase, we are setting up a Customer
Success function and looking to onboard a Customer Success Manager who will own client
coordination, communication, and delivery outcomes.
Role overview
This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution across clients and internal teams.
You will:
Own day-to-day engagement with assigned client accounts
Act as the coordination point between Sales, Tech, and Support teams
Track issues, follow-ups, and delivery timelines
Ensure timely and structured communication with clients
Capture client feedback and work with internal teams on resolution
Support account stability, renewals, and ongoing engagement
What we're looking for:
25 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Operations
Exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, NBFCs, banks, or enterprise clients
Strong ownership and follow-through mindset
Comfortable working in a growing start-up environment
Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
