Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for one Customer Success cum Solution Architect Manager and one Customer Success Intern. The responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining and growing client relationships, monitoring customer engagement, addressing customer concerns, making sure the outcome is delivered and the customer is Happy. The role also requires analyzing customer feedback to foster retention, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with product team to enhance customer experience. The Customer Success Manager is a strategic role and a constant partner to clients, enabling their success while aligning with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service (especially in B2B)
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and act on data
  • Experience in Relationship Building, including fostering trust and long-term partnerships
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
