Role: Customer Success Manager (In-Office | 6 Days a Week)
Be the trusted advisor who helps users unlock the full power of SaveSage - guiding them to better financial decisions and real-world savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts: Build strong client relationships and understand their goals.
- Consult Smartly: Recommend cards, loyalty programs, and optimize transactions for savings.
- Educate Users: Walk clients through SaveSage features and the best subscription plans.
- Track Progress: Monitor savings and tweak recommendations for better results.
- Upsell Intelligently: Suggest higher-tier plans when users can benefit more.
- Keep Records: Document profiles, savings, and advice given.
- Collect Feedback: Use client inputs to work on new features of the app
Qualifications:
- Freshers preferred.
- Strong communication and consultation skills.
- Self-driven, eager to grow in a startup environment.
- Able to manage tasks independently and stay team-aligned.
- Basic grasp of personal finance.
- Bachelor's in finance, business, or related field preferred.
