In this role, you will own the post-sale customer journey for clients across the APAC region, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value from an advanced analytics platform. You will act as a trusted advisor to customer leaders, translating business challenges into analytics-driven solutions and driving measurable outcomes. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues, track product usage, and identify opportunities for expansion. You will deliver live trainings, workshops, and demos while managing multiple customer projects simultaneously. This role offers high ownership, exposure to strategic client engagement, and the chance to influence both customer success and product outcomes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Accountabilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of APAC customers post-sale, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction
- Lead onboarding processes, including planning, data readiness, and enablement activities
- Conduct live product trainings, workshops, and demonstrations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with customer leaders to define success metrics, track outcomes, and drive product adoption
- Act as first-line support for customer queries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Identify expansion opportunities and manage customer health, renewals, and risk mitigation
- Maintain accurate documentation, success plans, and track customer interactions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Analytics, or similar client-facing SaaS roles
- Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience delivering live trainings, workshops, or onboarding sessions
- Strong understanding of business analytics, data preparation, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Alteryx or similar workflow-based tools
- Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable analytics solutions
- Excellent ownership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and APAC time zones
