Job Description:-
4-6 years of overall experience in project management, client handling, and business growth
(Preferably within construction, interior design, real estate tech, or B2B SaaS)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition for construction, interior, and enterprise SaaS clients
- Identify, pitch, and close opportunities in collaboration with the sales and leadership teams
- Upsell and cross-sell products/modules/services to existing clients to increase account value
- Build a strong regional pipeline and contribute directly to revenue targets
- Own long-term relationships with builders, contractors, interior firms, and enterprise SaaS clients
- Handle escalations, renewals, expansions, and strategic account growth.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and adoption of SaaS solutions for construction/interior clients.
- Align project scope, timelines, and deliverables with client expectations
- Work closely with tech, product, and operations teams to resolve delivery challenges
- Own P&L for clients
- Maintain strong communication with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of construction and interior project workflows
- Comfortable working with tech platforms, dashboards, and project management tools
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong Analytics with experience in upselling and account expansion
- Proven experience in enterprise client handling
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Solid financial understanding with P&L ownership
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or B.Tech
- Prior experience in construction tech, interior design firms, real estate SaaS, or B2B SaaS platforms
- Experience managing regional or multi-city client portfolios
