Job Description

Role: Customer Success Manager (RCM)

Budget-Upto 18LPA

Candidates should be from US healthcare (RCM) background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all interactions are logged in CRM (Salesforce, Gainsight)
  • Manage renewals, contract timelines, and client communications
  • Drive customer satisfaction, value realization, and proactive engagement
  • Act as escalation point for contracts, billing, and accounts receivable issues
  • Monitor customer health, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Identify growth opportunities and support upsell within existing accounts
  • Conduct QBRs, monthly check-ins, and performance reviews
  • Improve adoption, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure high client advocacy (NPS, KLAS, references)
  • Own end-to-end account accountability including issue resolution and communication
  • Handle client escalations effectively in a 24x7 environment
