Job Opportunity: Customer Success Manager (2–4 Years)
Location: Jaipur (On-site)
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Success Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned clients
- Understand customer needs and ensure successful product adoption
- Handle onboarding, training, and support for new customers
- Track customer health, usage, and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Sales) for issue resolution
- Monitor renewals, feedback, and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer reports
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Handling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver a great customer experience
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS/tech domain (preferred, not mandatory)
