Job Overview

The Customer Success Manager will build strong relationships with students and parents, ensure smooth onboarding, manage engagement, and drive satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should be proactive, empathetic, and an excellent communicator, with a passion for the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new learners.
  • Understand learner needs and recommend the right learning paths.
  • Track student progress and provide timely support or interventions.
  • Collaborate with academic and support teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain high satisfaction and retention of enrolled students.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell based on student needs.
  • Keep accurate documentation of all interactions and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 12 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Academic Counselling, or related fields (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple student accounts efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
