Role: Customer Success Manager

Time zone: US working hours (EST)

Advisory Customer Success Leadership

  • Client Advisory: Provide world-class advisory to our customers.
  • Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews: Build and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviewswith precision.

Project Management Excellence

  • Ongoing Project Management: Ensure seamless execution of projects, maintaining alignment with client goals.
  • Dissemination of New Solutions and Capabilities: Introduce new products and features, driving adoption among customers.

Executive Engagement

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with stakeholders from Director to CXO levels. Conduct MBRs, QBRs, and ABRs with style and confidence.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Team Mobilization: Rally a powerhouse cross-functional team to meet client goals.
  • Internal Advocacy: Be the voice of your clients within Joveo and influence our product roadmap.

Customer Ecosystem Expertise

  • Industry Expertise: Maintain and leverage a deep understanding of the customer ecosystem and relevant industry trends, ensuring you remain an invaluable resource for your clients.

Customer Health and Advocacy

  • Account Health Reporting: Dive deep into account health metrics, ensuring comprehensive insights and strategic direction.
  • Client Advocacy: Create impactful testimonials and case studies that turn clients into brand champions.

About You

  • Client Management Experience: You bring 3-8 years of experience managing clients.
  • HR Tech Experience (Preferred): You have experience in HR tech, talent acquisition, programmatic job advertising, or recruitment marketing.

  • Goal Driven: Known for achieving retention, adoption, and expansion targets.

  • Analytical: You excel in analytics — pivot tables, charts, and crafting outcome-driven presentations is your forte.

  • Organized: You prioritize with precision, and excel in project and program management.

  • Independent: Self-starting. You navigate complex systems with minimal oversight.

  • Executive Presence: You untangle complexity; drive clarity and decisive action with ease.
