About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager Intern to own the operational and strategic backbone of how we deliver value to clients.

This is a 3-month internship with conversion to a full-time role based on performance. This is a high-ownership role at an early-stage company. You'll ensure the team is executing against existing processes with consistency, identify gaps as we grow, and evolve our playbooks and SOPs accordingly. You'll be the guide, the problem solver, and the standard-setter for how our CS team operates and how our clients succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Associates, coaching them to run client engagements end-to-end with quality and consistency
  • Ensure the team is following established SOPs and playbooks, proactively identifying gaps and updating or creating new ones as the business evolves
  • Guide associates in developing client-facing GTM strategies, defining ICPs, and building campaign personas tailored to each client's goals
  • Act as the internal escalation point and strategic advisor when associates need direction on complex client situations
  • Drive high efficiency and output standards across the team, setting clear expectations and holding the bar
  • Translate customer feedback, reviews, and experience signals into structured product inputs for the tech team, serving as a critical bridge between clients and the product roadmap
  • Continuously refine how the CS team operates as Pipeline AI scales

What We're Looking For

  • MBA required
  • 2 to 4 years of pre-MBA experience in client-facing, consulting, or fast-paced operational roles
  • Background in computer science or technology is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with AI, particularly AI in outbound sales and GTM tools like Clay, Apollo, or AI SDR platforms is a plus; willingness to learn is what matters most
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think both strategically and operationally
  • A builder mindset, energized by ambiguity and comfortable with change
  • Excellent communicator and natural coach

Compensation

Internship Stipend: INR 40,000 to 60,000 per month

Full-time Salary (upon conversion): INR 14 to 16 LPA
