Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, adoption and ongoing success for enterprise accounts.
- Partner with HR and operations stakeholders on verification workflows and service outcomes.
- Monitor account health, usage, turnaround times and escalations.
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in enterprise customer success, account management, HRTech or BGV.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, service reviews and escalations.
