What You'll Own
Merchant Ownership & Growth
- Own checkout performance for an assigned portfolio of merchants
- Drive adoption of checkout and payment solutions
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across merchant organisations
- Ensure long-term merchant success, value realisation, and retention
Conversion & Funnel Optimisation
- Analyse checkout funnels, drop-offs, and conversion metrics
- Identify friction points impacting customer journeys
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve conversion and payment success rates
- Enhance overall checkout experience and user journey
Experimentation & Optimisation
- Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests
- Optimise checkout UI/UX and payment workflows
- Continuously iterate based on performance insights and business outcomes
Data & Insights
- Track GMV, conversion rates, payment success rates, and checkout KPIs
- Use tools such as Excel, Metabase, and dashboards to analyse performance
- Convert insights into actionable growth recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering teams
- Share merchant insights to influence product enhancements
- Ensure successful execution of integrations, features, and growth initiatives
Performance Tracking & Strategic Influence
- Monitor checkout benchmarks and key success metrics
- Drive continuous improvements in conversion, revenue, and merchant outcomes
- Present data-backed recommendations to stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor on checkout optimisation and growth strategies
Who You Are
- 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Growth, Business Analytics, Consulting, or eCommerce-focused roles
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, customer journeys, and growth metrics
- Experience working with data and analytics tools such as Excel, Metabase, SQL, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High ownership mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes
