Role Summary
You'll own GoKwik's Checkout and Merchant Experience suite, driving merchant adoption, conversion, and satisfaction. The role requires data-driven problem-solving, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of merchant needs to shape scalable solutions that impact business outcomes.
What You'll Own
- Partner with sales and account teams to translate merchant needs into actionable product requirements.
- Analyze feature updates, run experiments, and optimize conversion rates.
- Generate insights from cross-functional data to drive growth and retention.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with merchants.
- Track and report key metrics related to adoption, conversion, and performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Business, and Operations to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and inform product strategies.
Who You Are
- 35 years in data-driven roles in Ad-Tech, Fin-Tech, or E-Commerce.
- Experienced in B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing analytical roles.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or tools like Metabase.
- Customer-obsessed, structured, and outcome-focused.
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
