About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products and services. You will work closely with clients to address their needs, resolve issues, provide guidance, and support them in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our products and services
• Onboard new customers, providing training and ongoing support
• Serve as the customer's advocate by addressing concerns and recommending effective solutions
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align on customer needs and enhance overall experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with customer success tools and metrics (e.g., CRM platforms)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
