About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on customer engagement, client relationship management, onboarding workflows, retention strategies, and customer experience intelligence.

In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to customer communication, account management, onboarding processes, support workflows, feedback analysis, and customer lifecycle management, helping improve how AI models understand and optimize real-world customer success operations.

Your expertise will help improve AI systems for customer intelligence, retention optimization, support automation, and AI-powered customer experience platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
  • Annotate and evaluate AI-generated customer success and support-related outputs
  • Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
  • Assess AI outputs for communication quality, customer engagement effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and business relevance
  • Identify onboarding gaps, customer experience issues, retention risks, or process inefficiencies in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
  • Support workflows involving customer onboarding, account management, client retention, feedback analysis, and support operations
  • Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on customer success intelligence and relationship management workflows

Requirements

  • Background in Customer Success, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, onboarding processes, support systems, and retention strategies
  • Experience with CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar tools is preferred
  • Familiarity with customer analytics, reporting dashboards, or workflow automation tools is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
