Job Title: Customer Success Manager - International Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Handle first-hand inbound leads from Indian-Americans, HNIs, and Founders.
- Build rapport and conduct high-quality communication via calls/messages.
- Qualify and nurture leads and hand over to respective internal teams.
- Maintain CRM records and follow structured processes.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent English communication & presentable personality.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Experience in any US-based sales, customer service, or communication process (preferred).
- Long-term career mindset; full-time Jaipur office role.
