Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager – Cybersecurity to manage and strengthen client relationships while ensuring successful delivery and adoption of cybersecurity services and solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as the strategic point of contact for customers, ensuring service excellence, proactive engagement, issue resolution, and long-term customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity services, tools, managed security operations, and compliance requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

•           Act as the primary relationship manager for cybersecurity customers and strategic accounts.

•           Ensure successful onboarding, delivery, and ongoing management of cybersecurity services and solutions.

•           Coordinate with SOC, engineering, project management, and technical teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

•           Conduct regular service review meetings, operational reviews, and customer health checks.

•           Monitor customer satisfaction, service performance, SLAs, and escalation management.

•           Manage and track cybersecurity incidents, remediation follow-ups, risk items, and customer action plans.

•           Work closely with customers to understand their security posture, business risks, and compliance requirements.

•           Provide guidance and coordination on cybersecurity services including:

o           Managed SOC Services

o           SIEM Monitoring

o           Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)

o           Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)

o           Firewall & Network Security

o           Cloud Security

o           Identity & Access Management (IAM)

o           Security Awareness Programs

o           Compliance & Risk Assessments

•           Coordinate incident response communication between internal teams and customers during security events.

•           Prepare and present service reports, dashboards, risk summaries, and executive-level presentations.

•           Identify opportunities for service improvement, upselling, and account growth.

•           Ensure customer retention, contract renewals, and long-term partnership development.

•           Maintain accurate documentation of customer engagements, escalations, and service activities.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

•           Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

•           4–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Technical Account Management within the cybersecurity industry.

•           Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, tools, services, and frameworks.

•           Hands-on exposure to cybersecurity solutions and technologies such as:

o           SIEM Platforms

o           SOC Operations

o           EDR/XDR Solutions

o           Firewalls & Network Security

o           Cloud Security Platforms

o           Vulnerability Management Tools

o           IAM Solutions

o           Threat Detection & Incident Response

•           Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or GDPR is preferred.

•           Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•           Ability to handle customer escalations and high-pressure situations professionally.

•           Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

•           Experience working with enterprise customers and managing multiple accounts.
