About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption, build strong client relationships, and lead long-term success across key accounts. You will be a crucial part of ensuring our D2C and SMB clients scale profitably using our AI-powered planning and automation platform.
Role Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, engagement, and retention for D2C and SMB clients.
- Drive adoption of new product capabilities.
- Collaborate across product and delivery as the voice of the customer.
- Track key success metrics and ensure platform utilization.
- Proactively manage risk and solve issues.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in SaaS customer success or account management.
- Brand side supply chain experience is a must.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI/ML-led products is a plus.
- Experience with strategic clients is preferred.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with the D2C and SMB commerce ecosystems.
- A data-driven approach to tracking and improving client success.
