Responsibilities:
- Leading the Bugs Team and ensuring the incoming bugs are under control
- Handling Customer Healthcheck Status calls
- Ability to debug customer issues and provide elegant solutions for complex problems
- Ensure customer requirements are understood, prioritized, and implemented on time
- Ability to develop quality code, analyze customer requirements and configure, test and maintain the KloudGin solution as per the business needs
- Closely work with other teams ( Product, DevOps, Support), communicate on a daily basis with onshore/offshore team members and take ownership of the assigned deliverables.
- Writing programs and scripts to design user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionalities.
- Assist in diagnosing application performance issues, system integrations, and offline/online data handling problems. Keeping informed of the latest industry developments, upgrades, and offerings.
- 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience managing projects related to field services/asset management with technical expertise in Java/J2EE or any other technology.
