We're Hiring | Customer Success Manager Corporate Wellness

We are looking for a results-oriented Customer Success Manager Corporate Wellness to manage and grow enterprise client relationships within a SaaS-driven corporate wellness ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value through strategic engagement and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and execute customer success strategies to improve client retention and account expansion.

Manage key corporate and enterprise clients, engaging with senior HR and leadership stakeholders.

Lead customer onboarding, wellness program rollouts, and product demonstrations.

Monitor, analyze, and report customer success metrics and wellness campaign performance.

Prepare and present business reviews, performance insights, and impact reports to clients.

Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams on customer references, case studies, and cross-promotions.

Proactively address customer concerns and continuously enhance the customer experience.

Build strong customer advocacy and identify long-term brand partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

14 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B SaaS roles (Corporate Wellness or HR Tech preferred).

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and client lifecycle management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
