Your Role: The Frontline Hero :-

This is not your average support role. We're looking for someone who's ready to be the face of Contractor+ and play a critical role in supporting users when they need us most.

Provide 5-Star Support :-

• Handle Intercom chats, calls, and emails with speed and empathy.
• Keep our CRM (Close) updated with reminders and notes so no customer is ever forgotten.

Drive Product Adoption :-

• Lead live product demos via Zoom to onboard and educate users.
• Organize feedback (Userback) and file tickets until every issue is resolved.

Onboard & Support Contractor+ Pay Users :-

• Guide new users and their merchants through setup and early usage.
• Update our help center with FAQs you encounter - create the solutions before they're problems.

Build Strong Relationships :-

• Proactively reach out to new users and support them through their early experience.
• Keep our internal teams informed via Slack so nothing is ever missed.
• Listen for upsell opportunities and introduce users to more powerful features.
