WE'RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Education: B.Tech, MBA, BBA, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer onboarding, platform adoption, and long-term engagement.

• Monitor customer health, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of issues.

• Lead renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities with the sales team.

• Build strong relationships with operators, plant managers, and client leadership.

• Gather customer feedback and coordinate with product, engineering, and service teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in customer success, account management, or customer support.

• Experience working with ETP, STP, or WTP plants—or in another relevant water or wastewater treatment industry—is essential.

• Strong communication, Excel, data analysis, reporting, and client-presentation skills.

• Experience managing customer adoption, renewals, and long-term relationships.
