About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive customer value, retention, and revenue growth across key accounts. You will work closely with some of the most complex and high-impact customers, helping them successfully adopt and leverage the platform's full suite of products and features.
You will succeed in this role if you are an organized, proactive self-starter who understands customer lifecycle management, can build strong stakeholder relationships, and can clearly articulate value to both technical and business audiences.
Your responsibilities will be,
● Drive customer retention and account growth by ensuring consistent value realization
● Own adoption and engagement metrics, ensuring customers fully utilize the platform
● Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic solutioning
● Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations
● Act as the voice of the customer, sharing actionable feedback with Product and Marketing teams
● Partner with Sales for seamless account expansion and renewal strategies
● Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue within existing customers
● Conduct regular business reviews, product demos, and strategic discussions with clients
● Troubleshoot challenges and proactively drive customer satisfaction and success outcomes
● Work autonomously to manage and grow your portfolio in the India market, including travel as required
● Ensure every customer interaction delivers a high-quality, consultative experience, regardless of deal size
