Roles and Responsibilities
- Required skill to demonstrates the ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external
customers. Strong organizational, administrative and management skills.
- Reach out to LnD Manager/ HR Manager/CIO/CTO prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate
them on our product/service (IT VLT Training Programs offered by us)
- Qualify those B2B prospects to determine whether they're a good fit for SFJBS.
- Organize and take thorough notes on prospects in ZOHO CRM.
- Learn our offerings inside and out and give demos on the best product(s) for good fit potential
customers.
- Maintain data and reports daily
- Excellent communication.
- Work from Home (WFH), Laptop / Desktop with Internet connection is mandate.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Exposure and understanding of IT learning function and market dynamics.
- Working with large enterprise clients is an advantage.
- You should have a track record of driving results
- Have acquired minimum 6 to 30+ B2B new clients in a year small to large customer.
- Target Amount 4,00,00,000
- You should have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures
- Should have worked with clients above 1000 to 2,00,000+ employee's strength advantage.
- Should have worked or delivered ILT or VLT Minimum for 500 to 2000 Man-days Training on below skills
- Training Programs Sold: ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS) or CRM Salesforce or Cloud Aws, Azure, GCP or Testing
or Programming Language (Java FS or Python or UI/UX, .Net) or Database or Big Data and Analytics or
Mobile Technologies or AI, ML, RPA, Blue Prism or Mainframe or Sitecore or Drupal or Scala or Kaffka
- Ability to work in challenging business / market environment with aggressive targets / stringent
timelines.
- LinkedIn connection 5000+ is an advantage.
- Overall Experience should be 2-12 Years and relevant 2 to 5 yrs of experience in B2B IT Training. Domain.
- B2C Experience will not be considered.
- CRM Tools experience is mandate.
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
