Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure smooth product adoption.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address issues to reduce churn.
- Drive renewals, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or features.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Support.
- Track customer success metrics and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing renewals and retention targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
