Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Leena AI's solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their success with Leena AI's platform.
  • Onboard new customers, guiding them through implementation, best practices, and successful adoption of the platform.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to optimize the customer experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support) to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Advocate for customers needs and provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product development.
  • Develop and maintain customer success strategies to improve retention, engagement, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered automation tools, ITSM, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer needs, solve problems, and drive product adoption.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Tech, IT Service Management (ITSM), or enterprise automation solutions.
  • Prior experience working with AI-driven platforms and chatbots.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
