At Wyzard.ai, we are building The Signal-to-Revenue AI — helping B2B companies turn buyer intent into pipeline through AI-powered engagement across email, LinkedIn, chat, and voice.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers running AI-driven ABM campaigns on Wyzard's platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, driving adoption and renewals, and becoming a strategic partner to revenue and GTM teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the complete post-sale customer journey from onboarding to renewals
  • Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and account health
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and GTM leaders
  • Conduct business reviews, performance discussions, and renewal conversations
  • Monitor customer risks and proactively resolve account issues
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
  • Create customer-facing reports, dashboards, and success plans

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B SaaS customer-facing roles
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market customer accounts independently
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Comfort working with CRM platforms, dashboards, and customer data
  • Good understanding of B2B sales, pipeline generation, or ABM workflows
  • Interest in AI-driven SaaS products and GTM automation
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
