At Wyzard.ai, we are building The Signal-to-Revenue AI — helping B2B companies turn buyer intent into pipeline through AI-powered engagement across email, LinkedIn, chat, and voice.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers running AI-driven ABM campaigns on Wyzard's platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, driving adoption and renewals, and becoming a strategic partner to revenue and GTM teams.

What You'll Do
- Own the complete post-sale customer journey from onboarding to renewals
- Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and account health
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and GTM leaders
- Conduct business reviews, performance discussions, and renewal conversations
- Monitor customer risks and proactively resolve account issues
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
- Create customer-facing reports, dashboards, and success plans
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B SaaS customer-facing roles
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market customer accounts independently
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Comfort working with CRM platforms, dashboards, and customer data
- Good understanding of B2B sales, pipeline generation, or ABM workflows
- Interest in AI-driven SaaS products and GTM automation
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
