About Our Client:
Our client is an AI-powered finance automation platform that streamlines and modernizes financial operations, offering a unified solution integrating bill payments, smart banking, AI-driven accounting, expense management, and treasury service.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full post-sales lifecycle onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Drive seamless onboarding and ensure customers realize value within the first 30–60 days.
- Build strong relationships with founders, finance teams, and key decision-makers.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to drive engagement and long-term partnerships. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
- Own renewals and work towards strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Act as the voice of the customer internally — collaborating with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Stay updated on fintech, spend management, and market trends to better guide customers.
We're looking for someone who:
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / SaaS roles.
- Experience managing B2B customers (finance teams, founders, CXOs preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track adoption and health metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Finance / fintech understanding is a plus.
