Job Description: Job Title - Customer Success Learning Specialist (HCM Cloud)
Job Description:
. Engage with cloud customers and help them identify and create a Personalized Training Plan based on the content assets and services already available.
. Leverage knowledge of HCM cloud / Peoplesoft / EBS and identify tailored learning plan to bridge skill gaps.
. Work with customers to identify any unique learning goals they might have (example, getting certified, meeting an implementation deadline, training specific users etc).
. Work with learning administrators to identify team learning goals and map learning plans to help them be successful.
. Identify any special needs that customers have and leverage existing resources to accelerate the learning adoption.
. Identify learning trends and new content needed to keep learning subscriptions current and modern
. Speak to our learning offerings with passion to drive learning adoption.
Skills & competencies required:
. 2 to 5 years of IT experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or other on-premise Oracle applications like PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS.
. Any experience as QA - manual testing consultant Or Support & maintenance consultant or implementation consultant in Oracle applications is required
. Having Oracle Cloud applications certification or formal training will be an advantage.
. Business process understanding in any of below modules: Core - HR, Global / NA Payroll, Benefits, Absence management
. Technical skills such as Fast formula, HCM extracts, OTBI, BI publisher is an advantage
. Any experience in training new team members or preparing training documentation is an advantage
. Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.
. Any experience in client facing role is an advantage.
. Candidate should be Self-motivated, team player and have great learning attitude
. Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.
. Professional with good organizational and planning skills
Shift timing: EMEA shift 1PM to 10PM IST
