Job Description
- Lead and manage the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage a team of 7 of TAM / AM
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer experience with our software solutions.
- Monitor customer feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Success Leader should have:
- A strong background in customer service / technical account management within the SAAS space
- Strong preference for someone managing managers
- Stemmed into business role, with roots being in the technology / engineering side
- To be based out of Pune
- Prior experience in managing global clientele
