Role Description

The Customer Success Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves ensuring an excellent customer experience by managing client relationships, addressing support inquiries, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include onboarding new users, ensuring retention, resolving any issues, and working closely with other teams to improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate will proactively establish streamlined processes and continuously gather feedback to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Customer relationship management and client support expertise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in developing customer success strategies and improving user retention
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience working in the service or subscription-based industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems is desirable
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad
