About the role

Make sure our customers get real value from Hibilter — guiding them from pilot to scaled adoption, and being their voice inside the company.

What you'll do

Own customer relationships after the sale, from onboarding to renewal
Guide customers from pilot to wider adoption with clear success plans
Coordinate with product and engineering to resolve issues quickly
Track adoption and outcomes, and share insight with the team
Build the customer success playbook as we grow

What you'll bring

Experience in customer success, account management or delivery for enterprise software
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Comfort with technical products and learning quickly
An organised, proactive approach in a remote team

Nice to have

Experience with AI or data products
Experience with enterprise or public-sector customers
