We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, Operations, or Customer Experience
• Strong leadership experience managing large teams
• Expertise in building scalable service models
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience in high-growth/startup environments preferred
• Exposure to rural markets, field operations, agri-tech, or impact-driven sectors is a plus

What You'll Do

• Build and scale a world-class post-sales/customer success model
• Lead large distributed field/service teams

• Develop KPI-driven systems focused on customer outcomes, NPS & operational efficiency
• Create feedback loops and continuous improvement frameworks
• Drive customer-centric culture across the organization
