Customer Success Internship in Bangalore

The management trainee will undergo a structured training program designed to develop skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in management. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Account support: Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with assigned accounts for smooth interactions.
• Customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Product expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our products to better assist customers.
• Performance support: Help the customer success team achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
